Not any more. Never again.

My earliest college football memory is watching the 1967 game between USC and UCLA on my uncle's fancy color TV (we only had black and white). This kid named OJ Simpson won the game on an amazing 4th quarter gallop. Still one of the most electrifying plays I've ever seen. For some reason (southern and east coast bias?) that game seems to have been forgotten when folks discuss the great games in college football history, but it was certainly one of the ten greatest game I ever saw. Keith "Whoa Nelly" Jackson said it was the greatest game he ever saw, and he ought to know.


Watching my daughter enjoy Utah's back-to-back PAC championship game wins in 2021 and 2022 will be among my last great memories of the PAC.

RIP, PAC. I will miss you.
