We lost our star player who could have put us over the edge. It's also a demoralizing situation for the whole team. I'll be honest with you, I'll make up my mind about the season after I watch them play but it's not looking very good right now.

I was more hyped about Mills playing for us than anyone else in recent history. I thought he had the potential to be legendary for Tech and definitely a weapon that would have made this an even better team than 14 or 16. It was also the only reason I didn't worry about QB situation as much. Probably my fault for being so hyped about one player. Honestly he could have had a season ending injury during practice today and the outcome would be the same. Except this is probably worse because I do worry about team morale, which I think plays an important part in how a team performs.

I don't disagree. We will lose a game or two that we might've won with him in the lineup for sure. But the world will not end.

This is going to be a down season anyway. New QB, helllllloooo.

I guess I had more confidence in the team going into today than you did, and now you have more confidence than I do. I think Mills was a difference maker.

Are you that stupid to not realize that this has a bad effect? You said yourself we might lose couple more games because of this. Most of us projected us at 8-4, 7-5/6-6 according to Vegas. Losing 2 more games makes the difference between a ööööshow and a decent season.
