Will NCAA let FAMU recruits walk?

The NCAA doesn't know what to do as they've never had a case like it. Florida A&M anounces they'll be playing as a Div1a team from now on, signs contracts to play games vs 1a teams, signs players who think they're in Div1a & playing vs 1a teams, then says 'well, no, we don't want to play in Div1a right now & want to go back to Div1aa MEAC conference'. It's kinda screwed some players & some 1a teams thinking they had an easily winnable 1a game.
FAMU's recruits were pretty much the bottom of the barrel as far as 1a recruits go, but they should be allowed to go to other schools, 1a or 1aa, if they want to. Heck, a few might get a real chance @ 1a w/Troy St, La-La, CenFla or soon to be 1a Fla Atlantic.
It just ain't right, what Fla A&M did:

FAMU dilemma concerns others

Here's some more of the dilemma with signed contracts to play other schools & TV contracts:

FAMU may not get the TV deal now

And, finally, can the players get out of the FAMU Letter of Intent?

Appeals process?

FAMU should have never been granted D1 status. The same goes for all the Florida teams that are making a rush to do the same. They are destroying fairly good athletic programs to get on the football bandwagon where they will continue to lose money. FAMU was smart, did the math and realized they would never make money, They made the right desision

Huh?

Why didn't they 'do the math' & make the right decision before they put the screws to so many people? The same President was there, before & after, as was the same Board of Regents & many, many other supporters.
I'm saying these young men should not be bound to their Letters of Intent when FAMU changed their mind, after Signing Day, & canceled everything they publicly told these players they were going to do.
"It ain't fittin, it just ain't fittin", as Mammy would say.
