Marcus and some friends had a party with some
young girls. The girls stripped and the boys took some pics. The two 16 y/o ones said Marcus went in the bedroom and had sex with the 15 y/o one.
Sex with a 15 y/o is not statuatory rape in VA. The most likely charge is a misdemeanor for inflicting sexual injuries OWTTE.
Whomever took the pictures and/or knew of the pictures being taken could get a felony child porn charge.
