Idk. I just check in every now and then and saw some of those posts. He does a good job for the most part, but he can turn into a total tool bag on a dime — which isn’t very smart given he makes money off subscribers and I’m sure he’s run 100 off with personal attacks.

Maybe he didn't want to go cause everyone would say it's Elko defense, Duke run the same 4-2-5 as us but don't think that will not be our defense next year. Remember now we have two LB's coaches , I would guess next year may be 3-4-4

Ok, so I get it that this is StinGTalk n all but did we or did we not just hire a kick-ass DC?

So this guy had a better scoring D than Clemson, L’ville and F$U with a Duke roster?

Is this the dawn of a new era where our D is no longer our Achilles’ heel? No longer costs us a Heisman Trophy or an ACC title or countless last-minute losses to hated rivals?

Ok, never mind all that. Back to whining about some guy trying to eek out a living by keeping a handful of Tech fans in the know.

Yeah, it's an excellent hire. Being a good coordinator isn't about being some genius play caller. It's the ability to get your position coaches to teach your players what their responsibilities are on any given play and how to quickly diagnose what the opponent is doing and react to it without thinking as well as the ability to formulate and explain your scheme/game plan in a way that is comprehensible to everyone on the team.

Yeah I don’t get the hate either. God forbid we have a guy who makes a living covering tech
