Which is about where he should rank. But he's far behind those 2 guys lumped in a few other coaches way down in the next tier.

Maybe it wasn't always what it was, but it certainly wasn't what it wasn't.

those of you wanting recruits with higher stars need to be telling the school to add a few more majors.

Punch a Georgia fan in the face and kick the ball out of bounds.

If we keep working to improve some things, we have a chance to be okay.

most of the best athletes aren't going to go anywhere that requires them actually attending class or doing work. your argument is tired and invalid.

Or ... we could drop some of those silly standards, such as having an SAT score higher than the legal limit for blood alcohol level and no probation officer on their speed dial.

There's a few reasons why PJ likes coaching at Tech. 1, he gets to be in a BCS conference (though the ACC's recent woeful record in BCS bowls is ... I think I just threw up in my mouth). 2, he knows the state and he likes the Atlanta area. 3, he likes the kinds of guys you need to succeed at Tech, in and out of the classroom. PJ does not have much time or patience for turds. He likes character guys, not guys who are characters. Can you imagine if PJ were at the Athens Detention Center instead of the Right Rev. Richt?
