VPISU will not get a better coach. He made VPISU basketball relevant for a few years. That is not easy to do in Blacksburg. Stupid move.

Was he boppin an intern or something? Otherwise, firing a 2 time ACC Coach of the Year looks pretty bad IMO.

I agree with what your saying. Some of their alumni told me if he didn't make the NCAA tournament this year that he was gone. That's why I was surprise they waited this long to let him go if that was the reason in doing so. I would've giving him a little more time. Like you said, VPI is football and basketball take's a back seat. Makes it hard to recruit, but he did the best he could knowing that.
