The lowest I know of a Tech guy is Morgan Burnett with a 14 and Dwyer with 17. I wonder how Hill did.

This is seriously alarming. I mean you almost have to be intentionally trying to get a score that low. This isn't a "how did he not fail out of college" question. This is a "how did he not fail out of middle school" question.
