Huh. Wonder what FIFA did to piss off the EPFL? The fact that they're in it but none of the Central/South American leagues joined makes this seem odd.

Maybe the have their own association already (like the EPFL) and haven't reached a consensus on whether to join? But yes the absence of all of the Latin American leagues (Mexico included) is interesting.
