Explain the high expectation for Tech baseball. In my mind, we hosted regionals for the last 3 years straight and were a 2seed in 2007, but we didn't make a super-regional. How do people see us being able win the CWS against competitive top 20 teams if we can't even win regionals againts much lesser opponents?

We have also been to 3 CWS. Given those 4 options, I think GT baseball is the best bet. It doesn't mean it's a good bet, just better than the other 3.

1) Baseball
2) Women's basketball
3) Football
4) Basketball

It's going to take some serious time for CBG to get that bunch whipped into Final Four shape. And by that time, said bunch will be an entirely different bunch altogether.
