Bay Bay could probably get something in the ballpark of the Vincent Jackson deal (5 year, 55 million) if he puts a couple solid seasons together. I think Peyton Manning going to Denver would help him a ton, look at the contract that Pierre Garcon just got (5 year 42.5 mil), and I think Bey Bey has a higher ceiling than Garcon.
