Paul Johnson on 680
Anyone just hear this? Matt Chernoff was trying to dig into CPJ about the "no visits after committing" policy. Chernoff got a little too excited in his rhetoric and you could tell he got on CPJ's nerves. After a few back and forths CPJ tells Chernoff "Let me talk real slowly for you..." and starts to explain his position again.
 After the interview, you could tell Chernoff was po'd at getting owned on his own show and let off a "I don't want to get both GT fans mad at me" remark.

I heard it. I was laughing pretty hard.
I really don't understand what is so difficult with PJ's reasoning and I agree with it. Chernoff sounds like a UGAg homer with that double standard thing.

CPJ should have a grad student collect oversigning horror stories from the SEC farms and put together a nice audio-visual presentation about what oversigning is and how GT doesn't do this. Then, the kids can give meaningless commits to school that do this but not to GT.

If Chernoff was halfway decent at his job, he wouldn't be doing sports radio on the 2nd best sports station in the worst sports town in America.

Matt Chernoff came off as the immature sports talk radio host that he is; that guy thinks way to highly of himself and is becoming more annoying by the day. He continues to take shots at the 790 crew on air, imitate Chuck Oliver with annoyance and is about as insecure as it gets.

CPJ will cut loose a recruit if he's committed and visits another school. However, he'll recruit another player committed to another school.
