They are running it on SportsCenter as well, but Linda Cohn is trying find the phantom elbow in Elder's shot (if the defender falls down, there must have been an elbow. This isn't soccer, no one would FAKE it to draw a charge!)

I thing you can see clearly in this clip that hasn't been mentioned. When Elder took the shot both Bosh (because he got around his man) and Nelson (because Reiner had to go pickup Elder) had inside position. There was about a second when the ball was on the rim, if it had fallen out we would have had an open tip chance.
