I reckon that the first draft is based on cumulative recruiting rankings and then they adjust based on coach, last year's record etc.

This definitely comes into play. How many times have we heard that so and so team lost several starters off that team, but they hauled in a great class on NSD. Call me crazy, but few true freshmen ANYWHERE, come in and make a great impact on their respective team

Mainly just RBs and an occasional WR will make a big impact as a freshman.

Considering they suspended or lost pretty much their entire D, I wouldn't be surprised at all.

Georgie might have the best D in the SEC this year. at least on paper, and depending on how many outlaws play instead of sit out
