Wait, from my experience in varsity sports, don't you have to have mental toughness before being able to suffer through physical conditioning? And in order to get mental toughness, don't you have to be disciplined first?

Discipline precedes mental toughness. Mental toughness precedes physical conditioning.

Even funnier than the misspelling is the message they are trying to convey. According to this statement, physical conditioning is the cornerstone on which discipline and mental strength are based. In reality, it's the other way around.
