Apologies if it's been discussed.

About half way through the first half, there wer free throws coming up. The three refs had a little conference and then two went over to talk to Paul and Roy. The other went over to the Tech bench and was escorted out by an assistant or usher. I'm pretty sure he didn't come back.

Anyone know what happened?

He realized that Coach K wasn't at the game, so he had no idea what calls to make.

I heard he forgot to eat before the game, so he had to head over to The Varsity cause his blood sugar was getting low, just what I heard.

I heard he got confused that Blewitt was winning. Not having Coach K there compounded the issue since he wasn't sure how to throw the game for UNC.
