I suppose we could, but first off I can't imagine the NCAA would impose any sanctions that would cause them to lose scholarships for this incoming class.

Second, [heavy sarcasm] why would the NCAA sanction FSU and make them lose scholarships? The real stiff penalties are reserved for schools that play ineligibles due to a procedural error and have no prior history with the NCAA, not programs that are repeat offenders. [/heavy sarcasm]
