Georgia Tech is ranked #1 in the southern conference of the American College Hockey Association with a 12-1 record at the half. These guys are incredible athletes but because it is a club sport, funding is limited. Tech has been chosen by the ACHA for the second consecutive year to be host of the national championship and for the first time to host the women's tournament. Problem is, the Thrashers, who used to donate the $18000 needed to host the tourny, has passed on sponsorship this year.
